**Responsibilities:**
Greet prospective drivers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout all recruitment interactions and meetingsDemonstrate comprehensive knowledge of driver opportunities and platform benefits, communicating features and value propositions effectively to prospectsQualify leads and assess driver suitability based on company standards, ensuring a good fit for both partiesConduct outreach calls, meetings, and presentations with enthusiasm and professionalism to educate prospects about partnership opportunitiesAchieve individual and team acquisition targets through proactive prospecting and meaningful driver engagementAddress driver inquiries, concerns, and objections with empathy and professionalism, working toward satisfactory resolutions and successful conversionsGuide drivers through the onboarding process with clear communication, ensuring all documentation and requirements are completed accurately and efficientlyBuild and maintain strong relationships with new drivers to encourage long-term platform engagement and repeat businessBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective drivers using CRM tools and sales tracking systems with organized, detailed recordsCollaborate with operations and support teams to address driver concerns and ensure a smooth, positive onboarding experienceAnalyze acquisition metrics and provide regular reports on performance, conversion rates, and market insights to support continuous improvementIdentify market trends and opportunities for driver acquisition in the HCMC region and stay current with industry developmentsFollow all company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines consistentlyParticipate in training sessions and team meetings to stay current with platform updates, promotions, and best practices
1-2 years of proven customer service experience in a retail, sales, or driver recruitment environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse prospectsExcellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others succeedDemonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with point-of-sale systems, CRM software, and basic computer skills including Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with cash handling and accuracy in financial transactionsProven track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition targets and sales goalsStrong negotiation and persuasion skills with a problem-solving mindset focused on customer satisfactionAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently as well as part of a teamBilingual capabilities in English and Vietnamese (preferred)Professional appearance and demeanor with a positive attitude and customer-centric approachStrong organizational and time management skillsFamiliarity with the transportation, logistics, or ride-sharing industry is preferredKnowledge of the Ho Chi Minh City market and local driver landscape is a plusFlexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
