You will be a member of the Driver Management team which is one the core functions of managing supply over 100K across the country. We have taken care of our drivers since day one and ensure "Best in class Driver platform experience". Work here is inter-disciplinary – a combination of strategy initiative, data analyzing and operation.
Get to Know the Role
This role is a balance of strategy-operation, analytics, and stakeholder management on partner acquisition in all Grab Thailand - leading day-to-day coordination with related parties i.e., Driver operation, Marketing, City Expansion and Community management team to grow the supply.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Lead the driver acquisition function to support rapid growth in expansion citiesInitiate strategies, online/offline campaigns and execution plans for driver acquisition to maintain healthy supply and secure driversDesign efficient incentives and operation flows to drive supply growth and work with cross-functional teams to executeIdentify the parameters to track performance and create monitoring criteria as well as tracking dashboards to present to the managementBudget management - Manage and plan budget allocation and track cost from initiativesBuild presentation to influence senior stakeholders and enable data driven decision making What Essential Skills You Will Need
A minimum 1-3 year of relevant work experience in business related fields, sales or technology firmsWorking knowledge of SQL is preferred but not essentialStrong in both operational and analytical skillsQuantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analyses to a wide range of audiences, and translating these to actionable business insightsTeam / project management - effective management of people and resources. Ability to cascade clarity around priorities and targets.Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint.
