Key job responsibilities - Manage daily operations for Sort Center processes - Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to standard operating procedures - Lead and motivate associates to achieve performance targets. - Identify and implement process improvements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
