éShop Creative Studios is seeking an experienced and resourceful Producer to join our Tokyo studio. In this role, you will own and coordinate cross-functional communications and processes including stakeholder relationships building and management, supporting and driving creative strategy, and overseeing timelines and budgets. You will serve as the primary liaison between brand stakeholders and production/creative/tech teams and operational support, translating business requirements into actionable business and creative plans and ensuring alignment throughout the business goals and performances. The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with both business-initiated projects and creative production form the content assets such as images and videos - someone who can coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, facilitate brainstorming sessions, direct project execution, manage external partners, and present confidently to senior leadership. You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume studio environment where collaboration across cultures and functions is essential. This role requires a strong understanding of the Japan consumer market and the ability to bridge global business and creative standards with local market nuances. Key job responsibilities • Own end-to-end production management for assigned campaigns - from creative brief intake through final asset delivery - across photography, video, and hybrid content workstreams • Develop and manage production schedules, resource plans, and shot lists across multiple studio bays and stages simultaneously • Manage production budgets, track spend against allocated purchase orders, and proactively flag overruns to leadership • Serve as the primary point of contact between brand stakeholders and creative teams, operational support throughout the production lifecycle • Translate business requirements into actionable creative briefs, ensuring creative teams understand strategic intent and deliverable specifications • Drive creative alignment with leadership and stakeholders by presenting campaign strategies, progress updates, and final deliverables • Manage asset delivery pipelines - ensuring content is processed, quality-checked, and delivered to downstream teams on time and to specification • Coordinate with Operations and tech teams to confirm studio readiness and resolve logistics issues ahead of shoot days • Contribute to and present cadenced reporting including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) • Identify and drive process improvements across production workflows, documenting SOPs and sharing best practices across teams About the team eShop Studio Japan is part of a global creative network with five hub studios in Barcelona, New York, London, New Delhi, and Tokyo - producing photography, videography, and emerging-format content at scale for millions of Amazon customers.
