*Job Description:* We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Cashier to join our team at GREEN BOX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create delicious and visually appealing beverages. As a Barista, you will play a key role in providing our guests with a memorable café experience, showcasing your expertise in coffee preparation and dedication to quality.
*Responsibilities:*
* Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks according to established recipes and standards * Provide friendly and attentive customer service, engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction * Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café area, including the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas * Stock and replenish café supplies and ingredients as needed * Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently * Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, supporting team members and working together to achieve common goals
*Requirements:*
* Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred * Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso machine operation * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality beverages * Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
