*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide excellent and memorable in-store experience with every customer. * Drive to meet and exceed personal sales goals. * Model Swimco?s reputation for exceptional customer service, professionalism, strong work ethic, integrity and respect for others. * Passionate about selling. Motivated by a compensation system that rewards success in a team environment. * Have strong organizational skills and the ability to make decisions independently as well as multi-task in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. * Continually enhance product and fit knowledge to understand and care for customer needs.
*Qualifications and Experience:*
* Willing to learn and grow in an ambitious selling system. * Minimum of one year of retail experience preferred. * Strong sales experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards. * An essential function of the job is the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Retail and fashion are always changing so flexibility and ability to adapt to any situation, environment, challenges, job duties, and work schedules are pillars to your success.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
