As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience.
*Responsibilities*
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. * Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction. * Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately to process transactions. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. * Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. * Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. * Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance guest experience.
*Requirements*
* Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. * Familiarity with cashiering systems and POS technology is beneficial. * Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are required.
