Sodexo is growing! We are looking for a Food Service Worker to join our dynamic team. This position is PART TIME. You will be offered a great team environment, work/life balance, and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standardsMaintain exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food preparation and service areas, adhering to health code regulationsOperate food service equipment safely and efficiently, including serving lines, warmers, and beverage stationsManage inventory stock rotation using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method and report low stock levelsRespond promptly and courteously to customer requests, special dietary needs, and concernsSupport the team in maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment that prioritizes guest satisfactionFollow all food safety protocols, health code regulations, and company policies consistentlyQualificationsWhat You'll Need to Succeed:Teamwork spirit and ability to collaborate effectively with colleaguesSuperior customer service skills with a commitment to guest satisfactionGreat memory and attention to detailPassion for maintaining a healthy and safe environmentFood safety certification or willingness to obtain certificationAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentPhysical stamina and capability to stand for extended periodsBasic math skills for handling transactions and inventoryReliability, punctuality, and strong work ethicFlexibility with scheduling, including availability for shift workAdditional InformationReady to be part of something greater?
