Hitch n Go RV is looking for an experienced RV Technician. Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment. Duties included diagnose, inspect, adjust, maintain, repair, or overhaul recreational vehicles. Including travel trailers and high end fifth wheels.
Experience in maintaining gas, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, or chassis/towing systems as well as repairing generators, appliances, and interior components.
*Duties and Responsibilities*
Pre-delivery inspections
Installation of accessories
Troubleshooting various issues
Reading and writing work orders.
Repair and maintenance on propane gas and electric appliances such as furnaces, refrigerators, water heaters, ranges and air conditioners.
Install trailer and fifth wheel hitches, wire tow vehicles and perform maintenance and repairs on trailer frames, undercarriage and suspension.
Communicate with supervisors to ensure timely, efficient and economical repairs.
Follow all company policies and procedures including Health and Safety rules.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
May be required to move or assist moving units into service bays.
*Qualifications*
1 year experience in relatable field
Troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong communication, organizational and learning skills.
The ability to work independently and as a team member.
Basic knowledge and understanding of RV technical knowledge is an asset.
Able to lift up to 50lbs
Good manual dexterity and balance while working off the ground.
Driven, reliable and works well in a shop environment.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
