Job Description Job DescriptionA Dental Hygienist plays a crucial role in supporting a medium-sized dental team (6-10 members) by providing preventive oral care and assisting across multiple dental specialties, including General Dentistry, Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics, and Periodontics. They manage a patient volume of under 10 patients per day, using various dental software such as practice management, imaging, and digital charting tools to deliver comprehensive oral health services. Responsibilities
• Conduct patient screening and oral examinations • Perform teeth cleaning and assist in oral exams • Operate dental X-ray equipment safely • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care • Maintain infection control and sterilize equipment • Accurately chart dental conditions and treatment details • Collaborate closely with dentists and other team members • Maintain detailed and organized patient records using digital tools Preferred Qualifications
• Entry-level experience in dental hygiene • Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene • Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License • Strong patient communication skills • High attention to detail • Effective time management • Proficient record keeping • Teamwork and collaboration • Empathy towards patients
