*Fleetwood Pharmacy Remedy's RX* has an opening for a *part-time pharmacist* at our Surrey, BC location. We are a community-focused pharmacy known for our patient-first approach and supportive team environment. * 24-32 hours ( flexible, Sun to Wed, sunday is only 8am-12noon) * No methadone * No evenings * 3-4 days off every week
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Check prescriptions for accuracy. * Counsel on prescription and OTC medications. * Provide clinical services such medication reviews, vaccination and prescription adaptation, In Home patient's visits * Collaborate with other healthcare providers ( Family Physicians, Nurse practitioners, Fraser health authority, Hospital discharge team) * NO OAT/NO METHADONE
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
* Bachelor of Pharmacy. * License to practice in British Columbia * Knowledge of Kroll® pharmacy system is a must * Superior interpersonal skills. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Commitment to provide exceptional customer service.
