*Job Overview* We are seeking a reliable and experienced 3/5-ton Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves safely transporting goods to various locations while maintaining excellent customer service and adhering to all safety regulations. *Responsibilities*
* Safely operate commercial trucks to deliver goods to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols * Load and unload cargo using forklifts or manual handling, ensuring proper securing of loads for transit * Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any maintenance issues promptly * Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues * Assist with warehouse activities such as moving inventory and organizing shipments * Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs in compliance with company policies * Provide exceptional customer service by representing the company professionally during deliveries
*Experience*
* Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably within a warehouse or logistics environment * Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus * Strong moving and heavy lifting skills for handling cargo safely * Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and customers * Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics is desirable * Valid driver?s license with a clean driving record and relevant endorsements for commercial vehicles
