*Job Summary*

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will deliver high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their oral health is optimized through comprehensive examinations, diagnoses, and treatments. *Duties*

* Perform thorough dental examinations, including the assessment of dental and medical histories * Diagnose dental conditions utilizing clinical skills and diagnostic tools such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software for restorative procedures * Develop personalized treatment plans and communicate options clearly to patients * Carry out various dental procedures including fillings, crowns, extractions, and preventive care * Utilize dental office management software such as Dentrix and Epic to document patient records accurately and efficiently * Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless patient flow and exceptional care delivery * Provide specialized care for pediatric patients (Pediatrics), ensuring comfort and understanding during treatments * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry and stay informed about the latest industry practices

*Requirements*

* Valid state license to practice dentistry with current credentials in good standing * Proven experience working in a dental office environment with familiarity using Dentrix or similar practice management software * Proficiency with Epic electronic health record systems is highly desirable * Experience providing pediatric dental care (Pediatrics) preferred * Strong understanding of medical terminology related to oral health and general medicine * Hands-on experience with CAD technology for restorative procedures is a plus * Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain treatment plans clearly and empathetically * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay: $200,000.00-$350,000.00 per year
