We are not a corporate DSO driven by production quotas and spreadsheets. Here, you get complete clinical autonomy, zero pressure to upsell, and authentic, side-by-side mentorship whenever you want to evaluate radiographs, map out comprehensive treatment plans, or scrub in on a challenging case.
We are located right off of highway 417. Near Tanger Outlet Mall in Kanata.
Instead of referring all the rewarding dentistry out the door, we handle a broad spectrum of advanced procedures in-house. You will have direct exposure to and hands-on guidance with:
* *CEREC CAD/CAM Technology:* Designing, milling, and bonding single-visit restorations. Working directly with chairside digital margins and occlusion sharpens your prep design, tooth reduction instincts, and overall restorative predictability faster than almost anything else in dentistry. * *Straumann Implant Placement & Restoration:* Learn guided surgical protocols, biological principles, and restorative workflows using a premium, industry-gold-standard system. * *3D Printing:* Harness in-house additive manufacturing for surgical guides, digital wax-ups, models, and nightguards. * *WaveOne Endodontics:* Master modern, efficient single-file reciprocating instrumentation and warm obturation protocols for predictable root canal therapy. * *Advanced Oral Surgery & Wisdom Teeth:* Gain real-world confidence in flap design, sectioning, and managing complex extractions safely in-house. * *Esthetics & Veneers:* Work through comprehensive cosmetic case planning, smile design, preparation nuances, and bonding protocols.
Whether you are a motivated new graduate eager for steep clinical learning or an associate with a few years under your belt looking to break through clinical plateaus, you will never be short on opportunity here. Our practice sees a large, steady influx of new patients every month, meaning you will have plenty of chair time and case volume to build a thriving, loyal patient base immediately.
