About this role

We are a multidisciplinary clinic. We are a multidisciplinary clinic specializing in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of sport and recreational injuries, postural and work-related injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and your everyday aches and pains. We have established clinics dedicated to massage therapy, chiropractor, physiotherapist and chiropodist located in Scarborough, Toronto. We are adding practitioners to our team to meet increasing patient demands. We are expanding our clinic services. We have all of the latest equipment.

Our clinic has front-end staff on at all times to manage bookings and intake. We supply everything from new hydraulic tables to linens, lotions, and all other supplies required. Our practitioner only focuses on patient care and treatment.

*As part of our team you must:*

* Certification and license as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner in good standing. * Completion of a 2-to-3-year specialized diploma or training program in * Osteopathic Manual Practice. * Experience with insurance procedures (WSIB, EHC, MVA) would be a strong asset * Conduct thorough assessments of patients? physical conditions and medical histories and to identify musculoskeletal disorders. * Develop and implement holistic treatment plans using manual osteopathic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and education on self-management techniques. * Perform manual therapies including stretching, massage, and joint mobilization. * Provide clinical advice on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle to support long-term health. * Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. * Maintain accurate and confidential electronic patient health records. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. * Performance oriented. * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Excellent communication skills - written & verbal. * Commitment to quality care and service delivery. * An interest in helping people with physical disabilities and injuries. * The ability to work both individually and as part of a multidisciplinary health care team

The ideal candidate will be registered with the college oF Osteopathic College of Ontario with preferably 1-2 years of clinical experience who performs manual therapy.
