* Assist in supervising daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and customer interactions * Support team management by mentoring staff, conducting interviews, and scheduling shifts to optimize productivity * Oversee food handling procedures to ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper hygiene practices * Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy * Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control during busy service hours * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee a positive dining experience * Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed

* Proven experience in food service, restaurant management, or hospitality roles with supervisory responsibilities * Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations * Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS and cash handling procedures * Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team * Experience in food safety protocols and proper food handling practices * Background in customer service with a focus on creating welcoming environments * Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality settings such as hotel or barista roles is advantageous
