STC Warehousing and Distribution is a company with more than 30-years history of successful business in transportation and warehousing. The company is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual who has a minimum of 1 years experience within the transportation environment.

Day-time position
*Job duties:*
* Accurately enter and update data related to customers? orders * Track and trace orders and relay any necessary information to the customers * Assist with processing and organizing incoming and outgoing paperwork * Manage and respond to email correspondence promptly and professionally, ensuring clear and effective communication * Provide general office support as needed
*Requirements/Qualifications:*
* 1+ years prior progressive logistics experience is required. * LTL background an asset * Familiarity with LoadLink, PC Miler an asset. * Ability to work under pressure * Ability to thrive and multi task in a fast paced environment * Proficient in Windows Outlook, Microsoft excel, and a transportation management system * Proven experience handling multiple priorities * Customer-oriented * Strong communication skills and phone/email etiquette * Must be willing to work a flexible schedule and overtime if the demand arises
