Job Description Job DescriptionWe're looking for an experienced, hands-on Crew Chief to join our Home Services team supporting our moving operations across Ottawa, Montreal, and Toronto.
Our Home Services division handles third-party services including furniture assembly and disassembly, crating, packing/unpacking, specialty handling, and other in-home services. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, leading a crew, and delivering high-quality service to customers.
The schedule rotates weekly: one week servicing the Ottawa/Montreal area, followed by one week in Toronto, with travel and accommodations provided as required. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized, reliable, comfortable leading a team, and takes pride in getting the job done safely and professionally. Previous experience in moving, furniture installation, assembly/disassembly, carpentry, crating, or a related trade is an asset.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead and work alongside a crew on residential and commercial jobs • Oversee furniture assembly/disassembly and specialty services • Complete crating, packing, protection, and other home-service work • Communicate professionally with customers and third-party partners • Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard • Manage tools, equipment, materials, and job-site organization • Travel between the Ottawa/Montreal and Toronto markets on a rotating schedule

$25.00/hr training pay $27.00/hr probation pay $30.0/hr full time pay.
