The Health Educator-Staff will draw on theoretical and practical expertise to guide approaches using recent research and promising practices of early childhood development including culturally relevant, trauma informed practices. The Health Educator-Staff ensures that programming is culturally relevant using a trauma informed lens. The Health Educator-Staff collaborates with team members, community partners, program participants and other key stakeholders to translate local data into early learning environments to support quality assurance, program development, and service delivery.
