*About the Role*
We are seeking an energetic, hands-on *Assistant General Manager* to partner directly with our General Manager in overseeing daily operations, supporting store culture, and driving guest satisfaction.
As the AGM, you are a key floor leader. You?ll be responsible for setting the tone during shifts, ensuring high standards for food quality and hospitality, and helping lead a hard-working team in a fast-paced environment.
*Key Responsibilities*
* *Floor & Shift Leadership:* Run high-energy shifts from the floor, supporting both front-of-house and kitchen teams while resolving guest feedback in real time. * *Team Development:* Assist with onboarding, shift training, and day-to-day coaching to keep morale high and standards strong. * *Operational Excellence:* Help manage daily floor execution, food safety, store cleanliness, and shift-level labor control. * *Inventory & Ordering:* Assist the GM with weekly stock inventory, shift preparation, and minimizing product waste. * *Promotional Execution:* Support store-level guest loyalty initiatives, special offers, and internal team contests.
*Qualifications*
* 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience (Assistant Manager, Shift Supervisor/Leader). * Strong floor presence?you lead by example and love being active in the dining room and kitchen. * Solid communication skills and a team-first mindset. * Reliable work ethic with open availability, including nights and weekends.
