*Hours*: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM OR 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with rotation on Saturdays every three weeks (depending on shop requirements)

*Responsibilities*
* Complete thorough and quality diagnostic, service and repair of heavy-duty trucks and trailers (when required) * Complete preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance * Make recommendations on repairs or replacement parts * Update the Service Manager on estimated completion time changes * Road test the unit to ensure quality of work completed * Document repairs, parts, or problems encountered during repair process on repair order * Maintain a clean and safe work environment
*Qualifications:*
*Required*
* 5+ years? experience as a Truck & Transport Mechanic * Journeyperson Certification (Red Seal preferred) * PMVI certification (Periodic Mandatory Vehicle Inspections) * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Organizational and time management skills * Ability to Interpret technical manuals and schematics * Interest in continually upgrading skills and knowledge in the trade * Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
*Preferred*
* Cummins Medium Duty Engine certification (ISB, B7.7, L Series) * Cummins Heavy Duty Engine certification (X15) * MPI issued School Bus PMVI Certification * Diamond Certification * Valid Manitoba Class 3 Driver?s License (Class 1 an asset)
