*Chiropody Clinic Administrative*
We are looking for a *caring, friendly,*
*responsible and organized individual * to join our foot clinic.
for someone who e*njoys working with Patients,* is *comfortable with technology, learns quickly and is interested in using new tools to make the clinic more organized and efficient.*
Our current hours are Tuesday 9:30 AM- 6:00 PM. Wednesday to Friday from 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
*Main Responsibilities*
*Patient & Clinic Support*
* Welcome patients in a *friendly and professional manner.* * Answer phone calls and assist patients with questions and appointments. * Help *prepare patients and treatment rooms.* * Assist the *chiropodist with appropriate clinic duties.* * Help maintain a *clean, organized and welcoming clinic.* * Assist with cleaning, *preparing and sterilizing instruments* according to clinic procedures. * Organize and maintain clinic supplies.
*Administrative & Computer Duties*
* *Organize paper and digital files and documents.* * *Maintain organized computer folders and clinic information.* * Enter and update information accurately. * Use our existing booking, billing and clinic software. * Learn and use new AI and automation tools as they are introduced. * Help with basic online research and finding better ways to organize and improve the clinic. * Assist with basic *online/marketing tasks *when needed.
*Technology & Improvement*
* *Help troubleshoot basic computer, internet and software issues.* * Help identify repetitive tasks that could be simplified or automated. * Work with the outside technology/AI company when needed to help implement and improve systems. * *comfortable using computers, internet, email and common software.* * *Be willing to learn AI tools and new technology.* * *Help the clinic use technology more efficiently.* * *Suggest simple ideas that can improve organization, patient experience and day-to-day efficiency.*

*Qualifications*
* Previous medical/clinic office experience is an asset. * *Strong computer skills are required*. * Experience with clinic *software, digital filing or *administrative work is an asset. * Experience in a healthcare environment is an asset. * Good *English communication skills.* * Ability to *handle confidential information professionally.*

Because this is a healthcare environment, *confidentiality, professionalism, reliability and attention to detail are extremely important.*
*Personal cell phone use is not permitted during working hours except during breaks or for emergencies.*
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Education: * Secondary School (preferred)
Experience: * administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred) * receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
