*Job Summary*: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator

(RECE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging, play-based learning experiences. As an RECE, you will play a critical role in supporting the cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development of children in our care.

*Key Responsibilities:*

? Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and experiences that promote the development of children.

? Observe and document children?s progress and behavior, sharing observations with parents and staff to support individualized learning.

? Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.

? Collaborate with colleagues and families to support the well-being and learning goals of each child.

? Maintain compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements, including health and safety standards.

*Qualifications:*

? Must possess a College Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) from a recognized

institution.

? Registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE) in Ontario is required.

? Previous experience in an early childhood education setting is preferred.

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, families, and staff.

? A commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to the ethical standards of the profession.

Pay: $19.27-$25.00 per hour
