We are currently seeking a Store assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at our Place D'Orléans.
*Job Description:*
The Store assistant Manager will be responsible for the daily management of the store, supervising the sales team, and ensuring the presentation and organization of the store. They will play a key role in maintaining a professional, elegant, and welcoming environment for our customers. Main responsibilities:
* Open and close the store according to established procedure * Manage, coach, and motivate the sales team * Establish weekly work schedules * Ensure the visual presentation of products and the cleanliness of the store * Provide professional and friendly customer service * Ensure the smooth daily operation of the store * Ensure compliance with company policies
*Required profile:*
* Relevant experience in retail management (jewelry is an asset) * Excellent command of French and English, both oral and written * Natural leadership, autonomy, and organizational skills * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills * Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
*Working conditions:*
* Permanent full-time position * Schedule: 25 to 40 hours per week * Primarily Monday to Friday * Occasional on Saturdays ou Sundays depending on the schedule Established * Salary: $18 to 20$ per hour, depending on experience + bonus program * Significant employee discounts * Professional and welcoming environment, passionate team.
