Extasy Shops is currently seeking a dependable and professional *Retail Sales Associate*. We?re looking for someone who takes responsibility seriously, is reliable and punctual, can work independently after training, and contributes to a respectful and consistent team environment.
*Schedule Requirements*
* Flexible availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings, and alternating weekends.
*Core Duties*
* Provide friendly, professional, and respectful customer service * Accurately operate the POS system and handle cash responsibly * Maintain merchandise displays and overall store appearance * Assist with receiving and stocking new inventory * Keep the store clean, safe, and organized * Assist with window displays, general cleaning, and exterior upkeep when required * Follow company policies and procedures and maintain communication with head office
*Required Qualifications*
* Candidates must be *18 years of age or older*, as required to work in a retail environment that sells age-restricted products * Strong verbal and written English communication skills * Dependable, punctual, and accountable * Comfortable discussing adult wellness products professionally * Able to work independently after training * Basic math skills * Reliable transportation * C-PIC certification required * Previous retail experience is an asset; training is provided
