Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment. Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs. Assist cleaners in performing duties. Co-ordinate work activities with other departments. Establish work schedules. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Specialized cleaners. Security and safety: Driver's validity licence check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Tight deadlines. Repetitive tasks. Manual dexterity. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Personal suitability: Dependability. Flexibility. Initiative. Reliability. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
