Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Outdoors. Hot. Tasks: Weed, prune and trim trees and plants. Rake and collect refuse. Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees. Build patios, garden walls and other decorative installations. Level earth to fine grade specifications. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
