Education: Registered Apprenticeship certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: On-site customer service. Tasks: Prepare written estimates of repair costs. Diagnose faults, using testing devices. Replace faulty components. Use shop equipment and specialized diagnostic and programming apparatus to repair, adjust and reprogram appliances. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Gas Fitter Certificate - Level 2 or B. HVAC Certificate. Security and safety: Driver's validity licence check. Driving record check (abstract).
