Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. Tasks: Develop production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioning. Evaluate daily operations . Maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages. Plan and organize daily operations. Read blueprints and drawings. Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines. Direct quality control inspections. Organize and maintain inventory. Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of work. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9000, 9001 quality management certified.
