JOB SUMMARY: Provide routine plant maintenance services ensuring a clean and safe environment for employees
PRIMARY DUTIES:
• Daily trash removal throughout the plant and offices
• Parts pickup and deliveries, as instructed
• Recycling all materials throughout the plant and offices
• Mow grass
• Plow snow
• Painting
• Project work
• Clean Windows / Mirrors
• Restroom Maintenance
SECONDARY DUTIES:
• Setup meeting rooms
• Move office furniture and equipment
• Provide customer, clients, and company officer transportation
• All other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Judgement, Drive and Initiative, Flexibility, Tact and Diplomacy, and Timeliness
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Valid driver's license, and obtain/maintain Fork Truck Operators License, as well as JLG License. Commercial electricity experience a plus.
Hours: 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. Overtime as needed.
