About this role
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on manufacturing and converting equipment according to established schedules.
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment.
• Lubricate, clean, adjust, and replace wear components as directed.
• Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
• Complete maintenance work orders and PM documentation accurately.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and all plant safety procedures.
• Assist senior technicians with equipment repairs and machine rebuild projects.
• Identify potential equipment concerns and communicate findings to maintenance leadership.
• Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
• Participate in training programs to develop maintenance skills.
Qualifications
Required
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in industrial maintenance.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and basic power tools.
• Ability to read and follow maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Strong attendance and dependability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
Preferred
• Technical school coursework, vocational training, or maintenance-related experience.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing.
• Ability to work around industrial machinery and manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and production environments.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry maintenance materials and components.

Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday, 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM (40 hours per week). Candidates must be able to work overtime as required to support plant operations.
