Join Rite Path Behavioral Health, as a 1099 Independent Contractor Therapist serving clients at our Queen Creek and Tempe, Arizona locations.
Spanish-speaking ability is required for this position.

What You'll Do
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed practices.
• Provide behavioral health services to English- and Spanish-speaking clients.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality client care.
• Manage your caseload while meeting agreed-upon productivity expectations.
What You'll Bring
• Spanish-speaking ability is required.
• Active, unrestricted Arizona license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, LMSW, or LAMFT, or be a Master's-level therapist eligible to provide services within the scope of the position.
• Strong clinical, documentation, and time-management skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, culturally responsive, client-centered care.
• Ability to provide services at our Queen Creek and/or Tempe locations.
