What You Will Do:

• Promote Connected Support solutions: Build awareness and demonstrate the value of telematics, machine connectivity, and related technologies with customers and internal teams.

• Provide training and technical support: Deliver training and ongoing support for telematics platforms, remote diagnostics, remote programming, remote monitoring, and other connected support solutions.

• Serve as a technology resource: Act as the primary point of contact for connected machine technology, product updates, technical support, and manufacturer communications.

What You Will Need:

• Technology aptitude and passion: Demonstrated interest, experience, or expertise in technology and connected equipment solutions.

• Industry knowledge: Experience in the equipment industry or a strong understanding of equipment applications and customer needs.

• Strong communication and presentation skills: Ability to confidently train, educate, and influence a variety of audiences.

• Excellent customer service skills: Commitment to providing a positive customer experience and building long-term relationships.

• Travel flexibility: Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.

• Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
