What You Will Do:
• Product expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for construction equipment and technology lines, supporting customers and sales teams with informed solutions.
• Market growth: Increase market share and profitability by building strong relationships and identifying new opportunities within your territory.
• Solution development: Evaluate customer fleets and applications to recommend improved equipment solutions, develop packages, set pricing, and negotiate deals.
• Demonstrations and training: Deliver new equipment, lead product demonstrations, and provide on-site training to ensure customer confidence and satisfaction.

What You Will Need:
• Independent work ethic: Ability to manage a territory, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Sales and market knowledge: Prior sales experience or training with an understanding of local market conditions and customer needs.
• Communication and customer focus: Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills to build long-term relationships.
• Technical and computer skills: Comfort using computer systems and presenting technical and commercial information professionally.
