OB Tech - Labor & Delivery - Full Time

Currently we are looking to fill the vital role of a OB Tech.
Job Summary:
• Set up for deliveries for new mother and baby.
• Encounter patients in delicate situations.
• Prep instruments and equipment for deliveries, cesareans and other obstetrics procedures.
• Assemble surgical trays and sterile tables, assist with gowning and gloving, scrubbing for cesareans.
• Maintains the inventory and cleanliness in the obstetrics department.
• Responsibilities include admitting, scheduling appointments, filing paperwork, maintaining records, and running insurance information.
Qualifications:
• License/certification: Current Utah Certificate as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• BLS certification required 30 days within hire.
• NRP certification required within 90 days of hire.
• STABLE certification preferred.
