Southern Orthopaedic Surgeons (SOS) in Montgomery, Alabama is actively seeking a Fellowship-Trained Orthopaedic Adult Reconstruction Surgeon to join our well-established and respected practice. With strong market demand, established referral networks, and dedicated practice support, this opportunity is positioned for continued growth and offers the infrastructure to build a robust adult reconstruction practice, along with a clear path to partnership. Position Highlights
• Primary and revision total joint practice, including TKA and THA
• Access to robotic-assisted joint replacement technology
• Hospital: MAKO for knee procedures and DePuy hip implants
• Mix of clinic and OR, with dedicated operative time
• OR cases typically run from 6:45 AM–3:30 PM
• Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend clinic
• Shared physician call
• Onsite and nearby ancillary services, including advanced imaging, physical therapy, and orthopaedic urgent care
• ModMed EMR
• Established clinical and operational support to help grow your practice
• Modest general orthopaedic responsibilities as your adult reconstruction practice develops

Education and Experience
• BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship training in Orthopedic Adult Reconstruction Surgery
• Excellent communication skills
• Patient focused, collaborative, team player
• Eligible for or holding a valid Alabama medical license.
