We are seeking a Law Student Recruiting & Operations Coordinator to join our Talent & Inclusion team. This role supports the firm's law student, summer associate, and entry-level attorney recruiting programs by coordinating recruiting activities, candidate communications, interviews, events such as On Campus Interviews, and recruiting operations. Working closely with the Talent & Inclusion Manager, Attorney Development Manager, recruiting stakeholders, attorneys, and law school partners, this position plays a key role in delivering an organized, professional, and engaging candidate experience while supporting the firm's future attorney talent pipeline.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
• Support the firm's law student, summer associate, and entry-level attorney recruiting initiatives.
• Coordinate recruiting activities, candidate communications, interview logistics, and recruiting operations to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain recruiting records, reporting, and candidate tracking systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Serve as a professional point of contact for candidates, law schools, attorneys, and internal stakeholders throughout the recruiting process.
Recruiting Programs & Early Talent Recruitment
• Coordinate all aspects of the firm's On-Campus Interview (OCI) Program, including registration, scheduling, candidate communications, interview logistics, and confirmation of interview details.
• Develop and maintain relationships with law school career services offices and recruiting contacts.
• Assist with coordination of law school recruiting events, career fairs, networking receptions, and other recruiting initiatives.
• Support the firm's summer associate and law clerk recruiting efforts through candidate communication, interview scheduling, offer administration, and hiring process coordination.
• Manage candidate pipelines for law students, judicial clerks, and newly licensed attorneys.
• Coordinate communications with summer clerks and newly licensed attorneys throughout the recruiting and hiring process.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for law student candidates and recent graduates to ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience.
• Assist with recruitment of entry-level attorneys, including application review support, interview coordination, and candidate tracking.
• Support candidate engagement initiatives designed to strengthen relationships with future attorney talent.
Summer Associate Program Administration
• Support the Attorney Development Manager with administrative functions related to the firm's Summer Associate Program and law clerk hiring process.
• Track summer associate candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
• Prepare and distribute offer letters and hiring documentation for summer associates and entry-level attorneys.
• Monitor acceptances, declines, and hiring status updates while maintaining accurate recruiting records.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for summer associates, law clerks, and newly licensed attorneys.
• Assist with planning and execution of summer associate events, evaluations, surveys, and program-related activities.
Recruiting Administration & Tracking
• Maintain recruiting records and candidate information within UKG and related recruiting platforms.
• Track recruiting activity, candidate status updates, hiring outcomes, and program metrics.
• Maintain law clerk, summer associate, and entry-level attorney recruiting spreadsheets and reports.
• Assist with preparation of recruiting reports, hiring metrics, and data summaries for leadership review.
• Ensure candidate records and recruiting data are complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with firm procedures and standards.
Candidate Experience & Engagement
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and a professional, welcoming approach.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate interview logistics to candidates and interview teams.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruiting process regarding next steps and hiring decisions.
• Assist with development of recruiting materials, candidate communications, and program resources that strengthen the firm's employer brand.
• Partner with Marketing and Talent & Inclusion leadership to support recruiting initiatives and candidate engagement activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, legal recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related administrative role preferred.
• Experience coordinating events, interviews, scheduling, or recruiting operations is preferred.
• Law firm, professional services, higher education, or campus recruiting experience is a plus.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn recruiting and HR systems.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, attorneys, law school representatives, and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Adaptability and willingness to embrace new processes, technologies, and recruiting initiatives.

The annualized salary range for this position is $45,000-$65,000. Actual pay will be determined based on geographic location, total and relevant experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position also offers bonuses and a full benefits package.
