• Deliver psychoeducation and skill-building services that support recovery and wellness

• Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary treatment teams

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

• Participate in clinical supervision and professional development opportunities

• Deliver services using trauma-informed, person-centered, and evidence-based practices

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field

• Practicum experience related to Family Therapy, DBT Informed, or TFCBT

• Spanish-speaking skills are preferred due to the needs of the individuals we serve, but not required.

• Eligible for Wisconsin "in training" licensure (APSW, LPC-IT, or MFT-IT)

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Why Join LSS?

• Clinical supervision and professional mentorship

• Opportunity to gain valuable licensure hours and hands-on experience

• Meaningful work supporting individuals and families in recovery

• Collaborative, mission-driven culture

• Ongoing training and professional development

At LSS, we believe every person deserves respect, dignity, and the opportunity to thrive. If you're passionate about helping others and ready to grow as a clinician, we'd love to hear from you.
