Job Title: Box Truck Driver
Location: Goodwill North Central Texas --- 4005 Campus Dr., Fort Worth, Texas
Salary: $18.20 per hour
Work Hours: Full Time (40 Hours/Week). Days and hours vary. Two days off per week.

General Job Duties: Operate designated vehicles in a safe and courteous manner to transport donated materials to designated locations. Load and unload materials as needed to move to and from designated locations, while demonstrating professionalism performing job duties. Perform vehicle inspections, maintain vehicle records and make reports necessary to ensure safe, dependable equipment. Direct activities of truck helper assigned.
Skills/Qualifications: Must have a current Class C driver's license. Ticket-free and accident-free driving record within the past 3 years. Proven experience of one (1) year or more as a driver of like equipment and must pass Goodwill's road driving test. Per insurance criteria, must be at least 21 years of age, and individuals under the age of 25 must have a clear driving record with no accidents or tickets.
Physical Requirements: Must have full mobility, be able to do continuous heavy lifting of up to 50 pounds, and work in extreme heat, extreme cold, and dusty conditions. This position requires the incumbent to have communication capabilities, via cell phone and/or Smartphone technology.
Legal Requirements: Documentation to satisfy I-9 requirements and a valid Class C driver's license. Ability to pass a physical, Motor Vehicle Report, drug screen, and background check. Compliance with DOT requirements.
