Primary job is to assist servers in their duties.
Essential Job Functions:
• Greet and communicate with the guests in a friendly, courteous manner; • Set up and breakdown; • Maintain proper stock in service areas; • Pre-buss tables as necessary and keep non-alcoholic beverages filled; • Inform server of any requests made by guests; • Clean and reset table for next guests • General knowledge of menu items; • Any side duties as assigned; • Other reasonable duties as assigned
