About this role
A nightshift differential of $1.50 applies to any time worked past 4:30 pm
General Expectations and Responsibilities
• Follow ADF safety procedures and practices.
• Safely and efficiently operate hand and power tools.
• Can read and understand metric and standard tape measures.
• Able to run basic IPS operations.
• Print and organize per the proper paperwork.
• Basic understanding of reading/interpreting blueprints.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks for CNC equipment.
• Catch material imperfections in raw cutting material.
• Follow the order of material that their Foreman has posted.
• Log and track tooling used on each piece of equipment.
• Safely and efficiently run CNC equipment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Obtain ADF forklift certification.
Education, Training, or Work Experience
• High School Diploma or High School Equivalency.
• Completion of a CNC Machinery training program preferred.
Physical Requirements
• Must be able to stand/walk for 10 hours at a time.
• Ability to bend, squat, kneel for varying lengths of time.
• Ability to fully articulate shoulder, elbow, hand, and wrist.
• Must be able to grasp and safely operate hand and power tools.
• Must be able to occasionally push, pull, lift, pull, or carry up to 75lbs.
• Must be able to work in various conditions (loud, hot, dusty, cold, etc.).
• Must be able to occasionally ascend/descend on ladder.
