Ficosota Ltd. is looking for an Audit and Internal Control Specialist to join its team in Shumen . Responsibilities: Prepares and coordinates the annual report on the activities of the Internal Control Department; Participates in assessing risks related to the business processes carried out within the organization and in preparing the annual work plan and schedule of the Internal Control Department; Organizes and conducts internal financial and other audits and inspections across all organizational units of the company; Analyzes information and prepares detailed audit reports and recommendations; Participates in the development of tests and procedures for risk assessment and management; Monitors the activities and documentation of the company’s departments and business units; Assists with external audits and provides the required information and documentation; Conducts periodic, thematic, or ad hoc inspections and reviews across departments; Monitors compliance with applicable statutory regulations, as well as the company’s internal rules and procedures. Requirements: Education: University degree – Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting and Control, or Engineering/Technical disciplines; English language: B2 level according to the CEFR; Minimum 2 years of professional experience in areas such as auditing, financial control, accounting, or business process management, including manufacturing processes; Experience in process and procedure planning and design would be considered an advantage; Good computer literacy; We expect: professional competence, objectivity, confidentiality, teamwork, strong communication and analytical skills, and a strong sense of responsibility for meeting deadlines.
