We are looking for you as an Associate Accounting at our Regional Headquarters in Ratingen - join our team now! In this position you will be part of our central Finance Team and be responsible, among other topics in the general ledger and subledger. Your Scope: Take full ownership of manual and digital intercompany invoicing, ensuring seamless financial flow across entities. Serve as the go-to financial detective, investigating open items and aligning directly with internal departments to resolve invoice variances. Lead general ledger account reconciliations and clearing to maintain a bulletproof balance sheet. Oversee the end-to-end preparation and execution of corporate payment transactions with precision. Play a key role in the timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and executive reporting. Act as our resident expert for French accounting standards— preparing, managing, and presenting mandatory annual financial statement packages and tax schedules directly to French tax authorities. Collaborate on high-impact strategic accounting projects to streamline and modernize our global financial processes What you should bring to the table: Completed commercial education paired with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in core accounting (AP/AR). Advanced proficiency in SAP and MS Excel, with a track record of using financial software to drive efficiency. Fluency in both written and spoken German and English , making cross-border collaboration effortless.
