Purpose of the Job Support Hong Kong and Macau operations by advising line managers on people-related matters, driving staff engagement, and upholding company values. Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact to advise and support Line Managers on compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations for both Hong Kong and Macau. Manage and administer monthly variable pay and incentives calculation, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with internal audit and principal’s requirements. Conduct regular pulse checks on staff morale and initiate/organise staff engagement activities to strengthen employee satisfaction. Support full-cycle HR operations for Hong Kong and Macau entities, from onboarding to offboarding, including handling staff grievances and disciplinary cases, and compile monthly reports as required. Handle matters related to imported labour and apprentice programmes in accordance with relevant regulations and company policies. Execute HR policies and procedures in alignment with organisational goals and audit requirements. Support the HR Manager on special projects (e.g. talent management, development, incentive scheme review, and policy update). Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements Degree Holder in Human Resources or related disciplines. At least 5 years of working experience in HR field, preferably possess C&B or HR generalist experience. Well versed with Hong Kong and Macau employment ordinance. Detail-minded, proactive team member with a can-do spirit, and uphold HR professionalism. Strong time management and multi-tasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua). Proficient in PC skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing. Candidates with more experience will be offered as Assistant HR Manager.
