About this role
As part of the Industry Coverage Team – Digital Infrastructure, the candidate would focus on covering clients in Digital Infrastructure industry to originate and deliver tailor‑made solutions to clients in APAC ex-Japan. The asset classes covered under the Digital Infrastructure industry would include data centers, fiber networks, telecom towers, satellites and other digital connectivity asset classes Job Responsibilities Proactive deal origination efforts, including assisting Industry Lead, in the Digital Infrastructure space, as well as cross-selling opportunity identification and collaboration with multiple markets in the region Lead deal origination and client coverage in Digital Infrastructure space and co-work with multiple product teams / departments in execution process Develop and maintain quality, long-term relationships with clients and various stakeholders in the industry Actively contribute to the team's budget through client coverage within the Digital Infrastructure sphere, including taking ownership of client accounts and related KPIs Keep track of Digital Infrastructure sector trends / developments and potential opportunities in the market and help with ideation, client engagement and pitching efforts Playing an active role in the on-the-job training and development of the junior team members Job Requirements Recognized degree in finance, accounting or related fields At least 10 years of relevant investment / corporate banking experience with strong banking product knowledge; at least 3 years Digital Infrastructure industry knowledge and transaction experience. Broader TMT experience would be an advantage Strong credit assessment, Excel modelling and PowerPoint skills Familiarity with the various financial industry and market databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Mergermarket, etc.) Independent, self-motivated and strong team player with ability to work in multicultural team Ability to leverage and maximize output through internal and external support Positive personality with strong work ethics
