A position has become available to join our Checkout leadership team. We are looking for a leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and always strives for excellence in Customer Service. Key responsibilities of the position include: Assisting the department manager in the efficient running of the department Supervising and managing checkout staff Ensuring customer enquiries and complaints are effectively managed Providing leadership to ensure our team deliver excellent customer service Training of staff The successful applicant will ideally: Present proven supervisory experience in a customer service role Demonstrate a positive attitude, attention to detail and a high level of integrity Drive high standards within the department Have experience with POS systems Customer and results focused New World Motueka offers a supportive management structure and personal development opportunities.
