We’re currently recruiting for one 6-month fixed term opportunity based in our York Street, Sydney office. We’ll also soon be recruiting for multiple 3-month summer positions to support us through our peak period, so if a shorter-term opportunity is more your style, we’d still love to hear from you! Our team operates Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm . To support business needs, you'll need to be available to work either shift and possibly public holidays. Some of your responsibilities include: Managing service interactions through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and marketplace, ensuring exceptional service across all platforms. Providing solutions that exceed customer expectations, aiming for first call resolution with every interaction. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Embracing a mindset focused on continuous improvement to enhance our service standards and delight our customers. What we're looking for: A strong focus on customer and consumer satisfaction.
