Key Responsibilities Lead logistics operations, including imports, customs clearance, transportation, warehousing, and distribution. Ensure compliance with customs, trade, and hazardous materials regulations. Manage logistics providers and optimize transportation and delivery processes. Develop demand forecasts and coordinate procurement activities with headquarters. Manage supplier selection, contract negotiations, and vendor performance. Oversee inventory control, stock optimization, cycle counts, and reconciliations. Monitor inventory levels and working capital performance. Prepare reports on supply chain performance, inventory status, forecasts, and operational risks. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and service excellence. Ensure compliance with HSE standards, corporate policies, and internal controls. Candidate Profile Education Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or Inventory Management. Proven experience in import/export operations, forecasting, inventory control, and supplier management. Experience in industrial, energy, fuel, manufacturing, or operational environments is highly desirable. Experience in multinational companies is a plus. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, forecasting, inventory management, and customs processes. ERP experience required; SAP is highly desirable. Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. Knowledge of LEAN and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage. Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Results-oriented with high ownership and accountability. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
