Find out more about us on https://ams-osram.com Your new responsibilities Lead process engineering activities and technical initiatives for manufacturing operations, providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers and technicians, and driving strategic process improvements. Lead complex process improvement, yield enhancement, quality, reliability, and cost-reduction projects, applying Lean Six Sigma, automation, and data-driven methodologies to improve manufacturing performance. Serve as the technical subject matter expert for critical manufacturing processes by defining process control strategies, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing long-term process and technology roadmaps. Lead process qualifications, validations, technology transfers, and engineering changes, ensuring robust implementation, process capability, and compliance with applicable quality and manufacturing requirements. Lead cross-functional problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and other stakeholders to resolve complex manufacturing issues and implement sustainable solutions. Prepare and present technical reports, recommendations, and project updates to cross-functional teams and management, while supporting customer audits and maintaining compliance with quality systems and manufacturing standards Who we are looking for 2-3 years hands on experience in tape and reel process and AOI systems Experience in semiconductor is a plus Willingness and ability to perform 12-hour rotating day and night shifts monthly Please contact Soi Kim Kee for further information via [email protected] or +65 () 62402395 .
