#GreatWorkIsNotAMyth As our Test Manager focused on Test data, you will: Bepart of a QA Competence center (Q-Lab) Define and contribute to Test data management strategy in KBC Define mocking and stubbing approaches Align points of view of different stakeholders Discuss with Competence center, Testers, Developers and Architects test data management solutions Finding solutions and approaches for Test data selection and Test data provisioning Identify and proactively tackle organisational and technical obstacles Lead implementation projects to deliver defined roadmaps Key competences that will help you succeed: experience/awareness & interest in test data previous testing experience is required: test data search/creation, unit/component/integration/E2E test types Ability to understand what data is needed for testing Understanding of databases and data structure (tables, relationships) in Mainframe - sufficient from testing experience Ability to break down complex problems into simple steps Thinking in a structured and logical way Focus on finding practical solutions Ability to communicate with both technical and business teams Comfortable working with multiple teams &roles (ARTs, architects, testers) Able to explain topics clearly and align people Comfortable working in an environment where not everything is fully clear & defined Not giving up when obstacles occur Ability to work with data queries (e.g. SQL) - nice to have Recruiter Name Martina Beníčková
